The climate in Equatorial Guinea
Equatorial Guinea is a small country in West Africa situated on the Bay of Biafra. It lies just north of the equator, wedged between Gabon and Cameroon. Part of the country is made up of islands, with Bioko being the most well-known. The climate is tropical. It is humid and hot. The best time to travel is from June to September. Then it seldom rains and with an average temperature of 25 °C, it is quite pleasant. In all other months it rains a lot, 150 to 350 mm per month. October and November constitute the wettest months. It is hottest between March and May: 30-35 °C.
