Sitting out on a café terrace is very popular in the spring, summer and autumn. Weather permitting of course! To be able to enjoy a drink and watch the world go by it needs to be warm, dry and not too windy. The weather in the late afternoon and evening is most important. What the weather was like in the morning is pretty irrelevant. Rain, unless you happen to be sitting under a canopy, and strong wind are unpleasant.
