The climate in Zimbabwe
Zimbabwe is located in the southern hemisphere and borders, amongst others, South Africa. The largest part of the country is covered by a mountain plateau. This causes the subtropical climate which is moderate. The temperatures fluctuate during the year between 20 and 30 °C. The dry and cool period runs from April to October. This is by far the best time to visit the country. From November to March it is hot and humid, with, from time to time, heavy showers.
