The climate in Indonesia

Indonesia lies between Malaysia and Australia and consists of 992 inhabited islands. The climate is tropical: hot and stuffy. It can rain incredibly hard: you can have a free massage shower if you wish. Indonesia has two seasons: wet season (monsoon) from November to April, and a dry season which runs from April to November. As you head towards the east of Indonesia, the precipitation decreases. Temperatures vary little throughout the year. During the day, the mercury usually rises to around 30 °C. In the dry season, which offers by far the best travel opportunities, it is often slightly warmer than in the monsoon season.
