The climate in New Caledonia
New Caledonia -Caledonia is Latin for Scotland- is a French island state and lies approximately 1200 kilometres east of Australia. This island group has a warm and slightly less warm period. Between December and April the temperature reaches 30 °C. From June to September it is just a little less warm with 25 °C. The rainy season runs from January to April. The island is not particularly wet.
