The climate in Guyana
Guyana is situated above the equator on the Atlantic coast. The land is largely covered with tropical rainforest. Due to its location in the tropical zone, there is little temperature variation throughout the year; it is always around 30 °C during the day. It is continuously humid. There is no dry season to speak of. Only two less wet periods: from mid-January to May and from September to mid-November. These are the best times to travel to Guyana.
